The Government of Arunachal Pradesh, on June 28, 2026, issued the Arunachal Pradesh Viksit Bharat – Guarantee for Rozgar and Ajeevika Mission (Gramin) (VB – G RAM G) Scheme, 2026.
The following has been stated:-
•Arunachal Pradesh has notified the Viksit Bharat - Guarantee for Rozgar and Ajeevika Mission (Gramin) (VB-G RAM G) Scheme, 2026 under the VB-G RAM G Act, 2025.
•The scheme aims to align the State's rural development framework with the Viksit Bharat@2047 vision.
•It guarantees 125 days of statutory wage employment each financial year to eligible rural households willing to undertake unskilled manual work.
•The scheme also focuses on rural empowerment, livelihood enhancement, convergence of government programmes, and inclusive development.
